*Lincoln was not harmed jumping out of the moving vehicle, we were going about 10pmh pulling out of the shelter lot*

Since I adopted him in May 2020, he has become a dog I don’t even recognize anymore. There was a brief moment in the first couple of days where I felt defeated and unsure of how we would be able to move past and heal his trauma. I didn’t know what I had gotten myself into but I knew in my heart that I couldn’t give up on him. 7 months later, his anxiety has significantly diminished through crate training, his personality has blossomed and shown through the layers of anxiety and uncertainty that once was, he has become such an integral part of our family and is so loved by us and every friend, family, and stranger he has met 🤎🤎
