We went swimming again 🏊‍♀️

Genuinely so much fun and great exercise. If you've never done it before, then you need to try.

Zara's never been scared of the water but she would fixated on chasing bubbles, after a couple of sessions here she will now swim with purpose. Fetch the ball and back again, making the seaside much more fun now.

Ava, that's a whole different story. She'd never swam unaided before here so we didn't know what to expect. Her first sessions was learning that she's not gonna drown, so this session she got stuck into swimming and having fun!! She's still tentative but she loves it so much, she just needs to know you're right there and she's off. Love this brave girl, overcoming her fears and showing its a cross species activity, self discovery 🫶🏻

Take a lesson from Ava, step outside your comfort zone, do something different, have fun x

Did some stuff last night.....

Honestly though, what a way to end the summer. @muckyweekender never disappoints.

Went to the beach and walked a bit.

Saw some dead things and some live ones (which you can't see in the vid, but thats a whole other thing)

Then went for fish and chips but thats a memory, not a photo reel.
