STITCH EFFECTS: BEHIND THE SCENES

It’s been pretty quiet over here, huh? That’s because the search for a warehouse in the size and budget for Stitch Effects took maximum effort to find. Finally though, I found it - I’ve left Northshore and moved towards the airport. All the print equipment has been disassembled and moved - with only some office things and the embroidery machine being left to move over in the coming weeks.

I cannot thank @thatcodylandressgibson, @my_government_name and @kill_the_peace_ftw enough for helping me pack 2/3rd of my business (and what feels like half my life) into a moving truck, disassembling things as we went, and unloading it at the new spot - all within a matter of hours, as I had to print until the final seconds.

Stitch Effects only survives because of the folks that support it; this move was no different. I’d have lost my mind without these people at my side.

And a special thanks to everyone who recommended warehouse space, showed me options, or shared posts involving my needs. It takes a village. Without y’all, there’s nothing.

We’re working hard to reassemble the presses as fast as possible to get back to printing sick merch for y’all and staying on schedule as best I can during this transitional period. Another thanks to everyone for their patience.

No seriously, without y’all, where would I be? This business is driven by the community. You punks mean everything to me. Your business is important to me - but our connection is even more so. I love y’all and I mean it.
