Hi! I hit over 1k followers in the last couple of days, so let me introduce myself!☺️ My name is TriDereka and I’m a 29 year old stay at home mom and entrepreneur (@myblackgirlroots ). I’ve been a content creator since 2019. I created this page, as an introverted mommy, to connect with moms and creatives who love a good hobby and romanticize individualism in motherhood! 🤗🎨🧶

Learning a new art skill + vegan food = the perfect friend date 💓🌱 We learned how to do kinusaiga art (quilted style) for our art night which is a Japanese art form invented in the 1980s. It was so fun! I definitely should have taken more pictures we were focused and running our mouth about the books we’re reading together (and adding to our long TBR😅😅😅 iykyk)

Then had to end it with breakfast for dinner! 😋 Who doesn’t love vegan pancakes and a good tofu scramble???😍

Over the past few months, I’ve tried to focus more on things that make me happy and are not attached to any type of work. As someone who is super ambitious, I always try to find a way to monetize something or do more work with something, Like I just can’t help it…but I’ve tried my best to find ways to relax and open up my inner child learn more about myself laugh and be open to more genuine friendships as well. (Even though being an introvert gets the best of me sometimes😅) Try to find more moments where I’m not trying to be a perfectionist, I’m just trying to be me.

I want my daughter to see me, of course, as her loving mom, but as a woman as well, who loves herself and loves things that make her happy. Cheers to a journey of ME🩷✨ This is your reminder to do the same mommy🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

So happy with my progress doing my first mosaic crochet blanket! ☺️🥰🧶 The videos for parts 1-3 are already posted. I’ll be posting the part 4 video tomorrow 🫶🏽 It had been pretty much smooth sailing so I’ll be happy to when I’m able to show you guys the finished product.

Remind me to never listen to a friend again. 🥲 We were out talking about hobbies and she starts to tell me about her doing @rolife_official and that I should get one for myself. ✨Hobby-Maxing: Episode 1✨🧩+🎧📚

I’m honestly normally not an audiobook person, but I’ve been trying it lately and actually loving it because I can do more than one thing at once.

So what is “hobby-maxing”?🤔➡️Hobby-maxing is basically the idea of combining hobbies/activities so you can enjoy multiple things at once instead of choosing just one.✅

This puzzle board from @all4jigpuzzleparadise is a GAME CHANGER of you love to puzzle like me. The one I have can hold up to 1500 pieces which is perfect for me.🙌🏽 (Link in my bio for the exact one I have) I slide mine right under the bed and it’s my late night hobby to pair with an audiobook.🎧😌📚
