Strength, control, and injury prevention all in one class🤸🏼‍♂️

Loved spending the morning with the St. James High School Varsity Dance Team working through a Pilates sculpt session designed to build strength, stability, and body awareness for dancers. Thanks for having me @stjvarsitydance !!💙🦈

Looking to bring a class to your dance team, cheer squad, or sports team? I’d love to come to you!
