🇫🇷Don’t let them fool you. These high school students are in French IV and very talented.

Thank you to their teacher, Dr. Poucel, and Maplewood-Richmond Heights @mrh_schools for letting us come by and playing along!

Hope you learned something! Au revoir! 🥖🥐 by @stlcounty

295...

295 companion animals wondering where it all went wrong. 295 innocent souls waiting for their second chance at a real life. 295 pets who need YOUR help.

🚨 Our shelter is in CRISIS MODE, and we need the community to step up to help save lives. 🚨

‼️ To save as many lives as possible, adoption fees for DOGS AND CATS will be WAIVED this Wednesday through Sunday. ‼️

If you have been considering adopting a new pet, the time to act is now. We have so many wonderful animals who want nothing more than to give you their unconditional love and affection. ❤️

We realize adoption is a large commitment, but there are other ways to help too!

📣 Please consider fostering a dog from our shelter. 📣

ANY amount of time out of the shelter does wonders for these animals and gives us time to find solutions to lower our population. Fostering is an incredibly rewarding experience for the individual who fosters as well! The program is completely FREE! If you can provide the home, we will handle the rest 🏡

If you can't foster or adopt, please SHARE this post! Every like, comment, and share helps spread the message to folks who can step up and help save lives. ❤️

PLEASE, come meet the companion animals who have been failed by humans once before. You never know, you may just find your new best friend 🐾

🚨 Our shelter is on the verge of a population CRISIS 🚨

Staff and volunteers have been working as hard as possible to help get animals out of the shelter to lower our population... but we just haven't been able to keep up with a recent influx in intakes 😞

Currently we have 188 dogs and 107 cats in our shelter.

Nearly 300 animals, most of whom are scared, alone, and confused how they ended up here. 💔

With so many animals in the shelter, the noise has reached another level. Pop-up kennels filled with dogs line the hallways. Cats who usually have multiple kennel spaces now only have one.

📣 These companion animals deserve more, and we need YOUR HELP to get these sweet friends out of the shelter. 📣

We understand adoption is a huge commitment. If you're not ready to adopt a pet but you still want to help, please give our FOSTER PROGRAM a chance. You can welcome a pet into your home at no cost to your family. Even short-term foster situations help our pets tremendously. 🥰

If you can welcome a pet into your home, even for a few nights, please reach out! You can call or text our Foster Coordinator at (314)-792-0973 or send us an email at ACCFoster.dph@stlouiscountymo.gov

Come meet these pets in person. Come help save a life and help your community in the process. 🙏

If you can't do either of those, PLEASE SHARE THIS POST! Every view, share, comment, and like helps get the word out and recruit people who can help these animals! ❤️🐾
