WHEN TOLD TO “JUST SMILE FOR THE PHOTO 😭

About as professional as it gets and as sincere as anything else ✨

This is us on a promo day at the @theatrepeckham in the run to the show. And this is us pretty much every day too. London lads making fun out of anything 😌 If you are wondering what to expect from DRIVE … pretty much this 😂 But mostly you will be laughing and a little bit of us ❤️

DRIVE follows four boys from a council estate in East London who start a band in their local youth club. What starts with four mates making music together becomes a story about friendship, ambition, growing up, grief, identity, brotherhood and everything that happens when life starts pulling them in different directions.

Expect live music, original tracks, big characters, endless laughter, absolute chaos — and a story with a hell of a lot of heart. ❤️💛💙

From Theatre Peckham → a sold-out West End run → touring the UK → now our biggest London stage yet.

FLEXING BEFORE WE FLY 🪂

@driveonstage linked up with @zonegym for a little flex-off… some of us clearly had more to prove than others 😂💪

Always love getting DRIVE out into the community and doing things a little differently.

But this one is only the warm-up.

Tomorrow, we’re taking things to the skies. 🪂☁️

We’ve been working on something really special with an incredible men’s mental health charity — bringing together friendship, humour, a slightly ridiculous challenge and a much bigger conversation about young men looking out for each other with @toughenoughtocare ✨

The biggest campaign we’ve done so far starts tomorrow.

The jump gets people’s attention. What we do with that attention is what matters. ❤️

Keep your eyes on the skies… 👀🪂

Park: Shoreditch Park, Hoxton 📍

Outdoor Pull Strength Session:

* Pull Ups - 5 x 5
* Australian Pull Ups - 12 x 4
* Negative Pull Ups - 5 x 3 (5sec down)
* Scapula Pull Ups - 12 x 3

Feel free to add some dead hangs at the end of this routine for additional grip strength training, your grip can massively affect and change how you execute your pulling exercises.

Holiday Workout in Croatia🇭🇷: Day 2

Push Up Medley 💪🏾

* Wide Push Ups — 8-12 x 3
* Regular Push Ups — 8-12 x 3
* Diamond Push Ups — 6-10 x 3
* Pike Push Ups — 8-12 x 3
* Negative Push Ups — 3-5 reps, 5 seconds decent x 3

I do the upper ends of the ranges but if you’re not there yet, find your base and begin to grow from there. It’s not all about pushing to the max every time, steady progress I feel is much more sustainable long-term.

Comment below if you want to see more of this style content or if you want to hear more about me and my fitness journey, let’s stay tapped in and I’ll see you again soon🫶🏾.
