Our hoco performance might not have gone as planned, but these girls never miss a beat and still killed their routine! So proud of them and all the hard work they poured into this performance! 👏👏👏 Even in the dark they shined so bright! ✨🌟 by @stmarysdrill

HOMECOMING 2026 💚🤍👑

Not every moment this homecoming went quite as planned for us, but one thing is certain - we couldn’t be more proud of these girls! The hard work, dedication, and thoughtfulness they pour into their performances, this team, and our school deserve to be celebrated, always. 🥹💚 Regardless of our challenges, we always lift each other up and bounce right back 💪

The most exciting part for all of us was that we FINALLY got to debut our new boots under the Friday night lights! 👢✨ Thank you to all our family, friends and supporters who came together to make this possible for us and thank you to Coach Brittany for making our cute boot bows!

An extra special congratulations to our three beautiful Homecoming Princesses - Gianna, Presley and Lauren! 👑✨ We loved getting to celebrate you and are so proud to have you representing SM!

Forever proud to be RAMS! 💚 by @stmarysdrill

MEET THE COACH 🤍💚

For those who may not know the face behind Saint Mary’s Drill Team, meet our Head Coach, Brittany Jomaoas!

Coach Brittany is a proud Saint Mary’s alum from the class of 2006, and was a member of the SM Drill Team from 2003–2006. Freshmen weren’t eligible to join back then, so she made the team her sophomore year and danced under longtime SM Drill Coach Lisa Pijl.

Dance and cheer have been part of Brittany’s life since childhood. She trained at Stockton Ballet and Dance Connection, cheered throughout middle school, and did competitive cheer with GymStars Gymnastics from 1998–2002. During her senior year at Saint Mary’s, she earned a spot on the Stockton Lightning Arena semi-pro Cheerleading Team, coached by her longtime dance teacher and former 49ers cheerleader, the late Melissa Galvin. With the Lightning, she gained experience in performance, media training, television and radio appearances, and community events.

After stepping away from dance and cheer to focus on her career and family, Brittany returned to Saint Mary’s in 2022. She began assisting Coach Pijl during G Period Drill class and at games and performances, before officially taking over the program following Coach Pijl’s retirement at the end of the 2024–25 school year.

Saint Mary’s Drill has a long-standing tradition of excellence, and Coach Brittany is proud to continue building on that legacy. Her focus is on creating opportunities for today’s dancers to strengthen their technique, confidence, performance skills, team culture, and school spirit.

The growth we’ve seen in the last few years is only the beginning, and Coach Brittany is excited to keep building on the tradition of Saint Mary’s Drill and watch this team continue to grow, evolve, and reach new heights together. 💚

It’s Dolly Parton Day! 🩷🦋 So we had to bring back this one.

A little 9-5 on a Friday night 🤠 Our dancers paid tribute to the queen herself with our last quarter break dance mix at the SM vs. De La Salle game.

Happy Dolly Parton Day! 🤍 by @stmarysdrill
