🥈 **SILVER MEDALISTS!** 🏐💙💛

Congratulations to our Grade 8 Girls Volleyball team for bringing home **SILVER at the BC Catholics Tournament!**

The Knights battled hard throughout the tournament, coming up just short against a tough Holy Cross team in the finals.

An incredible effort, determination, and teamwork from our girls! So proud of what you’ve accomplished! 👏

Way to go, Knights!

This Thanksgiving weekend, we keep coming back to the same thought: a day like Homecoming takes a lot of hands.

Some of those belong to our sponsors, and it shows our students that this community is behind them. Many more belong to our parent volunteers. You were there early for the setup, working the gate, selling merchandise, and cleaning up after everyone else had gone home. Most of that work happens out of sight, and none of the day works without it.

And then there were the sidelines. Students in red, families bundled up in the stands, cheering from the Varsity Volleyball game in the morning to the Varsity Football game in the afternoon. You gave our teams something to play for.

Among them were the grads of ‘76, ‘86, ‘96, and ‘06, back on campus to reunite. Fifty years on for some of you, and you still came home. Our STMC Pep Band also put on a show, playing us through big moments throughout the day.

We are truly grateful for each of you, and for a community that shows up like this.

See you at Homecoming ‘27.

At this morning’s Thanksgiving Mass, Fr. Nick brought along an unexpected visual aid: his new drill. Just like its battery eventually runs out of charge, so do we, and gratitude is how we recharge.

He left us with two questions to carry into the long weekend: What am I thankful for in how God has made me, and what am I thankful for in being part of STMC?

Happy Thanksgiving, Knights!
