How steep are the climbs in the STOKED VK, the STOKED CLIMB, the STOKED SCRAMBLE™️ and the STOKED ULTRA™️?

Steep enough to qualify as courses for the @athleticscanada Mountain Running Championships and to be a part of the @canadaskyrunning series.

@revelstokemtnresort is the ski resort with the greatest vertical descent in North America. We run up that and then keep going in the Scramble and Ultra.

So if vert is your thing, we’ve got you covered!

Registration is open for THE STOKED VK.

This event is one of nine events in the Canadian Sky Running Series. The course will also be the Uphill course for the Athletics Canada Mountain Running Championships in 2027 and 2028.

Join us at Revelstoke Mountain Resort the last weekend of August for a celebration of vert, views, community, and cold brews!

Our 2026 trail running season has come to an end.

And registration for some of our 2027 events has already opened.

The Stoked Ultra™️ and the Powderface Marathon are filling up fast and we expect that they will sell out!

Registration for the Canmore Ultra opens on October 7.

Registration for our 5 Peaks Trail Running Series events opens on October 15 at rock bottom prices. Save the date!

Friday: The Stoked VK

Saturday: The Stoked Climb, The Stoked Scramble™️, or the Stoked Ultra™️

Sunday: TrailStoke of the TrailStoke Half

Or all 3 Days: FULL STOKE or HALF STOKE

August 27-29, 2027 - Revelstoke, British Columbia

Do one or all three. A different type of mountain adventure each day.

* The Stoked VK will be the Uphill course for the @athleticscanada Mountain Running Championships. Those who want to participate in the championship must sign up specifically for the championships.

* The Stoked Climb will be the Classic Up / Down course for the @athleticscanada Mountain Running Championships. Those who want to participate in the championship must sign up specifically for the championship event.

* The Stoked VK, Stoked Scramble™️, and Stoked Ultra™️ will be a part of the @canadaskyrunning series. Participants will earn points for participating in each of the 3 events as well as the other events in the series.

Many thanks to each of you who have participated, volunteered, spectated and partnered with us in our 28th season of trail running across Canada!

We have our final events of the season this weekend in Vancouver, Calgary, and just outside of Edmonton. Registration for those events closes today.

Our final Ontario event of the season is next weekend. Online registration for 5 Peaks Heart Lake closes next Wednesday. We expect over 2000 runners between the four events!

Thanks to those who have already registered for the Stoked Scramble and Ultra™️. We’re stoked to see so many people excited about challenging themselves in the mountains!

Registration for our two other marathon + events opens October 1. That’s for the Powderface Mountain Marathon and Half Marathon and the Canmore Ultra.

These events both have very low caps so we expect them to sell out quickly!

Our 2027 series passes will go on sale on October 15!

For 14 seasons, @jacobpuzey has been quietly building one of Canada’s most respected mountain running festivals in the alpine terrain surrounding Revelstoke Mountain Resort. Now it’s about to have its biggest year yet.

🏔️ Friday: the brutal, straight-up Stoked VK
🏔️ Saturday: Climb 15K, Scramble 25K, and the Ultra 50K
🏔️ Sunday: flowy, runnable Trailstoke Half and 30K, your reward for surviving the first two days

Runners move through inland temperate rainforest before breaking out into exposed alpine bowls, craggy ridgelines, and views of the Columbia River and Begbie Glacier. And in 2027 and 2028, Stoked Ultra hosts the Canadian Mountain Running Championships, doubling as Canada’s selection race for Worlds in Cape Town.

Rugged racing, plush landing: think hot tubs and cold beer waiting at the finish.

Feeling profoundly grateful to each member of our team that made it possible for hundreds of people to safely traverse gnarly terrain through every kind of weather and with all sorts of wildlife.

We could not do this without you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! You’re the real STOKED GOATS! 🐐

Most running events would not be possible without the support of an army of volunteers. If you want to deepen your appreciation for the sport and community (and keep the price of registration down), I highly recommend that you sign up to volunteer at an upcoming event.

If you’ve signed up for an event and get injured (as we all do), show up anyway and volunteer.

I’ve met some of my best friends and made some of the best memories while volunteering.

I’m already missing those who made this year’s @stokedultra possible and I can’t wait for the next time we’re able to work together again!
