September was cute… but respectfully, I’m not taking everything with me.

I’m leaving behind being afraid to be bad at something new. I’ve built a business I’m incredibly proud of, but I never want being good at what I already do to become the reason I’m afraid to grow. There are things I want to build, learn and expand into and I’m officially done waiting until I feel qualified enough to start.

I’m leaving behind chasing reciprocity. In friendships, relationships, business… whatever. I’m paying attention to where the energy naturally flows instead of exhausting myself trying to get it returned.

I’m leaving behind playing small. This new level is about to be 🚀🫢✨🧨

I’m on a winning streak. Im looking at every positive and I’m celebrating it. We have so much to be grateful for & I’m expecting more good things coming down the pipeline in my personal life and business.

I’m leaving behind needing everything to be perfect before I put it into the world. Done is better than perfect.

I’m leaving behind beating myself up over slow days at home. I’m growing a baby, raising two little boys, building a business and living a life I once desperately wanted. Some days the most productive thing I can do is be on the floor with my kids and let everything else wait.

I’m leaving behind forgetting that rest counts, too. My back needs it 😮‍💨

And apparently I’m also leaving behind trying to convince y’all we don’t have extensions because at this point, believe whatever you want. 😂

Basically October gets a version of me that’s a little less concerned with proving, perfecting, chasing and controlling…

…and a lot more interested in trying, trusting, being present and expecting to win.

Things I’d tell any woman trying to build something online:

Stop changing your strategy every 2 weeks.

Get really good at being seen before you worry about looking polished.

Speak about what you do more than you think you should.
Most people still have no idea.

Your personality is part of the product. Let people know you.

Learn how to sell without apologizing for selling.

Don’t confuse a slow season with a broken business.

And probably the biggest one:

please stop waiting until you “feel confident.”
Confidence is usually just experience you’ve collected from doing the thing over and over again.

And while we’re here, stop worrying about whether people think your content is cringe.

You know what’s actually cringe? Letting the imaginary opinions of people who aren’t paying your bills keep you from building something that could change your life.

Post the video. Talk about your business. Sell the thing. Be excited about what you’re building.
