Happy Heavenly 77th Birthday, Mom
Today, heaven celebrates you.
Seventy-seven years ago, God gave this world a beautiful soul, and though He called you home, your love never left us. Not a day goes by that I don't think of you, miss your voice, or wish I could see your smile one more time.
If I had one wish today, it wouldn't be for riches or fame. It would simply be for one more hug, one more conversation, and one more chance to tell you how much you mean to me.
I imagine you standing in heaven, dressed in white, with angel wings spread wide, smiling that beautiful smile that always made everything feel okay. I can almost hear you saying, "I'm still with you," every time I feel your presence in the quiet moments.
There are so many things I wish I could tell you. I wish I could tell you how much your strength shaped me, how your prayers still carry me, and how your love continues to guide me through life's hardest days. A mother's love doesn't end when her heart stops beating—it lives on in the hearts of her children forever.
Today, I celebrate you with tears in my eyes and love in my heart. Tears because I miss you more than words could ever express. Love because I was blessed to call you my mother.
I know heaven is more beautiful because you are there. I picture the angels singing "Happy Birthday" as you hold your head high, wearing your crown, surrounded by light and peace. And though I cannot place a birthday cake in your hands, I send my love to you with every candle I light and every prayer I whisper.
Until we meet again, Mom, I will carry you with me—in my heart, in my memories, and in every part of who I am.

It seems our apartment complex has arranged for another food truck visit, and the food was simply outstanding. The burrito, which they wrapped in cheese for my brother, was a standout, and the complimentary teriyaki bowl courtesy of the apartment was also enjoyable. I sampled the shrimp rolls and was thrilled to finally taste the lumpia that I have been craving for 3 months!! Each item on the menu was expertly prepared, and the service was warm and inviting, particularly the ladies who served us. Well here we go another food truck for the week. And let me tell you the food was absolutely amazing My apartment is just trying to get all my money with all these good food trucks and vendors that comes her every week. this food truck is a popular Japanese-Hawaiian fusion food truck.
