“Wait, you’re a sports photographer? What do you mean?” 🏟️📸

It means being there when history is made. Capturing the moments that millions of people watch, but only a few get to experience from the inside.

For a sports photographer, shooting at the Olympic Games is more than just another assignment. It’s the dream. The ultimate goal. Years of hard work, early mornings, long days, countless events, and a passion for sport that never fades, all leading to moments like these.

Being part of Paris 2024 was, without a doubt, one of the biggest achievements of my career so far. A reminder of why I started, why I keep pushing, and why I love telling stories through sports photography.

Huge thanks to @ucibmxfreestyle for the trust and the opportunity to be part of the biggest sporting event in the world 🇫🇷

And this is just one chapter of the journey. The dream keeps going. LA28 👀 🇺🇸

Michel de Montaigne believed identity was never a finished portrait, but a figure forever in motion. For Les Bleus, colour has always been a language of its own. Lately, however, the canvas has begun to resemble something grander. Less a jersey, more a painting destined for the Louvre.

One year separates us from @fibawc 2027, when Qatar’s skies will gather the stars of basketball above them. But before the road bends toward that distant rendezvous, France paused in Belgrade and Orléans, staging two more chapters against Serbia.

Ceci n’est pas une étoile filante. This is Victor Wembanyama, pressed into diptychs. Two cities, different frames, the same apparition. An immediate imprint, a future already casting its shadow. Perhaps that is the beauty of becoming: the picture is never still. Je ne peins pas l’être. Je peins le passage.

I just love this Fuji X100VI 📸

10 years ago, I bought my first Fuji X100S, and I immediately fell in love with the idea behind this camera: small, simple, always with you, and even small enough to fit in your pocket.

Most people use the X100 series for street photography, but I always thought… why not sports? 🤷🏻‍♂️

The X100VI has become my go-to camera for those moments when I want to travel light and still capture something different. And honestly, shooting sports with it is way more fun than I expected 🔥

What about you? What do you use your Fuji X100VI for?

Back in the USA 🇺🇸 ten years after my first visit. This time, in Birmingham, Alabama for @hurricane.group @fiseworld and @fiba3x3

————————————

Had one of the toughest events I’ve ever shot in terms of technical conditions.

The venue was extremely dark, forcing me to shoot between ISO 8,000 and 10,000, with a slower shutter speed than I’d normally use for basketball — 1/800s.

Sometimes, facing technical constraints is a good thing. It pushes you to adapt, evolve, and question your own workflow.

————————————

For this event, I shot almost exclusively with the Sony Alpha 1 and the 70–200mm GM II.

I’d be very curious to test the latest camera bodies and see, in real-world shooting conditions, how much the newer sensors have evolved. taken in Birmingham, Alabama by @stoop_creative
