I'm building a team. This is the post where I say it out loud.
That clip is the end of my franchises Summit. Three days of people who are further ahead than me, and a notebook I'm still working through.
Here's the thing about this business: almost nobody teaches you anything. You get a license, you get handed a login, and you get told to go call your friends. Most agents wash out inside two years and it's not because they weren't smart enough. It's because nobody ever sat down and showed them how a deal actually works.
What I'll give you:
• My underwriting how I look at a property as an investor, not a salesperson
• My scripts and my systems, not a generic binder
• Deals to work on beside me while you learn, not after
• Straight answers about your numbers, even the ones you don't want

What I want from you: you show up, you do the reps, and you don't quit in month four when it's quiet.

I'm not looking for twenty people. I'm looking for a few who are serious.

Acceptance is different for everyone, some search thru abusive products, some thru abusive relationships, & some thru physical and emotional struggles. We all have our reasons, we all have ideas, but remember to accept yourself because only then can you start to heal.

Be proud, slow down, but don’t stop.

so many people over the course of my businesses that I’ve built I’ve seen come and go so many people try to keep up just as I do when I see somebody great I emulate them. I copy what they’re doing. I try to find a way to make it my own but at the end of the day you need to make sure you take care of yourself because you and somebody else can do the same thing and get different results. It’s like watching the same movie and coming away with two different perspectives. It’s OK to work hard. It’s not OK to stop. Keep going slow down if you have to but keep going.

Life sucks but it’s beautiful, we live our whole lives for the small moments of glory, love, and acknowledgment. Some people spend minutes, some hours, others years, & some spend decades just hoping for a small moment. We strive for excellence it’s our nature.
