Oracle, in the recent Doña Ana County commission meeting said that Project Jupiter will be “low noise”—but they didn’t give us any numbers:

How many cooling fans are actually used in the data center?

What do thousands of methane fuel cells sound like?

There could be thousands of fans running 24/7.

What are the actual noise levels, in decibels, produced by Project Jupiter?

Plaintiffs in Memphis, Tennessee against Elon Musk‘s AI #DATA Center allege that the non-stop industrial roar has shattered the quiet suburban character of their communities, causing severe sleep deprivation, chronic migraines, anxiety, and tinnitus (ringing in the ears).

Many residents report being unable to use outdoor yards, open windows, or rest comfortably inside their own homes.

Beyond the immediate physical toll, the lawsuit claims the constant noise and industrial blight have significantly diminished local residential property values.

So don’t give us a PR spin Project Jupiter give us the actual numbers taken in New Mexico by @stopprojectjupiter

Wall Street is sounding the alarm on Oracle’s $18 billion Project Jupiter debt.. but are NM politicians doubling down?

Oracle, continues to spend recklessly without the revenue to back it up, and its credit has been downgraded to just above junk bond status.

In 2026 Oracle “downsized” 21,000 employees. Now they can’t even interest anyone in buying the $18 billion loans they took out to fund Project Jupiter. They are offering 89 to 91 cents on the dollar for the Project Jupiter debt, but still no takers.

So, who pays for the pipelines, substations, and water infrastructure if Project Jupiter goes bankrupt? Who pays for cleanup if it’s abandoned?

Who actually bears the financial risk? Will it be these private investors, or New Mexicans?

Before committing to decades of polluting infrastructure for one AI data center, we need answers taken in New Mexico by @stopprojectjupiter

Happy one year anniversary specifically to Manny Sanchez, the most stubborn man I’ve ever met in my life!!!! <3
How far have yall gone to avoid admitting you made a mistake?
For Manny, it’s siding with the evil corporate entities who tricked you into making the mistake in the first place.
So embarrassing!!!!! It would be funny… the lengths at which this man will go to avoid accountability….but it’s not funny. Because his fragility puts our whole county at risk.

Sign the petition for his resignation!! 💞✨

We know the faces who sold us out- Manny Sanchez, Gloria Gammeros and Christopher Schaljo. 👎🚫

These commissioners need to get out of our way, step down or be launched into Jupiter. 😮‍💨🚀

Who is powering Project Jupiter?- Bloom Energy.
⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Check out this DAC resident put Bloom Energy in their place.✊🏼

This company has an extensive record of illegally dumping their hazardous waste, making their workers sick and LYING about it. ☣️☣️☣️

Their fuel cells are 100% carbon burning which will emit 2 tons of green house emissions if not MORE. This is more than Las Cruces, Albuquerque and Sante Fe combined! And get this... they have NEVER been tested at this size nor capacity.

We cannot allow Blooms Energy in our backyard.
