In what situations should you actually use an indoor unit, and when can you save money on a drive-up?

DRIVE-UP
Pull the truck right to the door. Best for furniture, tools, mowers, seasonal gear, holiday bins, anything that won't mind an Oklahoma August. Cheaper, and a lot faster to load.

CLIMATE CONTROLLED
Indoor hallway, steady temperature. Best for electronics, photos, documents, wood furniture, instruments, mattresses, anything you'd hate to find warped, cracked, or musty in six months.

Easy rule: if it would be unhappy sitting in your garage right now, it belongs in climate controlled.
