Batch 3 has been made and is available to the masses! This one is the best bits of all of the previous batches, everything has now been refined. It coats the back of a spoon perfectly, gives you that good kick of heat balanced by the sweet mangos, couldn't ask for a better hot sauce.

Well over half of the batch has already been sold so get on it if you don't want to miss out for Christmas time! If you are local in the E5 area then hit me up in the dm's to sort a drop off to save on postage.

Batch 3 is available to preorder from the link in the bio, expected to be posted 10th November! For those that do will get a very limited sticker, this is only for the first 10 orders so be quick.

If you are local then slide into the dm's and we can work something out to avoid the postage!

We are back and the peppers are well over halfway on their fermenting journey.

Well the next post was meant to celebrate that Batch 3 is cooking. Sadly due to unfortunate circumstances I only have half the peppers I need, the Fireflame Cayennes, with no Scotch bonnets in sight. I'm hoping to have both together to start the ferment next week 🤞🏻 For now this will be a little experimental side batch.

The main news is Batch 3 is coming, everything else is prepped and ready 🔥🌶️🔥

The start of what would become Stork Sauce started 2 years ago! It's crazy how much has been learnt and accomplished in that time. Thank you all so much for the support most of all, wouldn't still be here otherwise.
