THE WINTER PROJECT 🤎

I’ve wanted to change things up from my usual shreds for a while, so this one is going to be a little different.

6 weeks of training, accountability, challenges, teams and getting yourself into a proper routine before the Christmas madness begins.

You’ll get workouts each week, with home and gym options, plus nutrition guidance, weekly challenges, team points, progress tracking and support throughout.

Open to everyone — whether you train with us at Storm, at another gym or from home, whatever it is, we have got you!

Starts Monday 26th October
£65 Home / £75 Gym

Nearly four and a half years of having you in Storm and now you’re off to Canada 🥲🇨🇦

You’ve been there since we opened the doors in June 2022 and it’s been amazing having you as part of it all.

So many sessions, laughs and memories in between. Storm really won’t be the same without you. The best wee send off for one of the OGs 🤍 we miss you already! @caitlinmcnally6 by @storm_nrg
