Skiing under the polar night, where darkness meets pastel skies. 🌄 🎿

Skiing in Northern Norway during the polar night is something else. Harsh, raw, and unbelievably beautiful at the same time. A frozen landscape, cotton-candy colors stretching across the sky, framing snow-covered peaks above deep fjords.

It’s not a place for everyone to live, but it’s something everyone should experience at least once. This season feels almost unreal. I’m already counting down the days until the next polar night season.

Fresh powder, a crew of friends, and a night ride under the Arctic sky. This is what our “after work” looks like up here in Tromsø, Northern Norway.
Grateful for this way of living and for the people who make it what it is. Already counting down to next season, because this one was something special.

@axisfoils @madsenluftsport @sunova_foil taken in Gressholman by @stormlight.no
