The Fall Equinox. The start of Libra season. 🍂✨

Two years ago, I took the leap to launch Stormy Nubles. It was years in the making—Notes apps overflowing with ideas, guidance, and dreams.

And we are still beginning, still growing, still evolving 🌀🦋🫶🏽

My intention has always been to offer a soft space to land through times of transition, change, or grief. This past year brought so much alignment—new partnerships, new opportunities, and deep expansion.

Endless gratitude to my ancestors and spiritual guides for lighting the path. Thank you to my mentors for your wisdom, my friends and loved ones for holding me up, my collaborators for creating magic together, and my clients for trusting me with your healing. None of this exists without this community. 🤍🙏🏽

Let this be your reminder that it is always worth taking a chance on yourself. Creating this Fall Equinox altar grid is a grounding way to welcome balance, intention, and gratitude into this new cycle. 🕯️🪷

🦋 Thank You. Gracias. Asé. 🦋

Last week’s session with my dear friend and returning client, Alli @allikeenz took a turn for the magical 🫶🏽🐾🌈

Whenever I host private clients, I always introduce them to Joy, my Lab pup. Most clients are thrilled to have her around—she has a way of easing people into the space with an extra layer of pure healing and love💕

Usually, Joy greets everyone, says her goodbyes, and then finds a cozy spot on the couch or floor to nap while I work. But for some reason, during this Sonic Sanctuary session, Joy decided she needed to be even closer 🐾

She spent half the session right on the table, even resting her paw directly over Alli’s heart chakra! ❤️‍🔥

Dogs have such a powerful intuition. Both Alli and Joy drifted off to the cosmos together, surrounded by the vibrations of Reiki, crystals, and sound. It was truly a shared journey in healing 🦋

Hello lovely souls and welcome! ✨ I’m Meira, the heart behind Stormy Nubles, and I’m so excited to reintroduce myself and share the story of this journey with all my new followers.
💕For 10 years, I worked directly with youth and communities in the non-profit sector. Last fall, I took the leap to launch Stormy Nubles. The name itself is deeply personal: Nubles roughly translates to “you cloud” in Spanish, a beautiful tribute to my Paraguayan heritage 🇵🇾. For me, it also symbolizes the profound healing journey—that transformational process of moving through life’s storms to emerge into your own light.
🌀My decision to create Stormy Nubles was born from a period of intense healing. I navigated heartbreak, loss, and grief, which called me home from NYC to my childhood town in Nyack, NY. These past few years have been dedicated to deep, intentional healing and self-discovery. This path felt like an undeniable calling, an ancestral pull that brought incredible grace, love, and support through my mentors, friends, and community. I truly feel so blessed.
🫶🏽 I’d be honored to connect with you on your path. I offer 20-minute complimentary consultation calls (linked in bio) to ensure my services align perfectly with your needs. Whether you’re seeking the gentle energy of ✨Reiki and Sound Healing, insights from an 🪄Oracle Reading, compassionate support through a 🦋 Grief Guidance session, or the comforting aroma of a 🌺 Herbal Smoke Blend, know that your support means the absolute world to this small business owner!
📍I’m based in Nyack, NY, and I’m happy to travel for sessions throughout Rockland, the Hudson Valley, Westchester, and New York City. Looking forward to meeting you! 💖 #stormynublesnyack #meetthefounder #healingthroughit #reikihealingnyack #soundhealingnyack #hudsonvalleyhealers #rocklandhealing taken in Nyack, New York by @stormynubles

Sound has always been a powerful channel for me—an intuitive doorway back to my center 🌀

Throughout my sessions, I weave sound medicine alongside Reiki, letting the vibrations work with the energy field to ease anxiety, release stagnant tension, and gently guide you into deep stillness 🕊️

Over the past year, it’s been such a gift to bring this work further into the community—from co-facilitating sound journeys @moderndruidnyack to smaller retreats with @riverrise18 and collaborating with @collierluxury 💫

This is a path I am so excited to continue expanding within! If you’re feeling called to bring sound medicine and energy work to an upcoming event, retreat, or gathering, I would love to work with you 🦋

Drop a comment below with your vision or send me a DM—let’s connect and bring it to life ✨
