Finally, jumping pain-free. It's been ages since I could put up a jump without my ankle hurting immediately. Run was only from 6 steps, and the bar only got up to 5'4", but for my first day back, I'm not too mad

It's amazing to finally be vaulting again. The top half is super rough, but it's not too bad for 9 months without a full jump. Good hurdle session today, I almost felt the same as when I ran the 39" hurdles. Season opener is this weekend, an outdoor 60m hurdles and long jump.
