officially in my mushy gushy era

thanks to my sister caroline for taking all these amazing photos for us the day after jacob proposed!! a woman walking by offered me her flower crown which was v precious 🥹

at the end you will see a close up of my ring ✨💍 we chose this vintage gold & diamond ring because it secretly represents both of our birthdays - mine is 1/8 (one center diamond and 8 accent diamonds) while jacob’s is 4/8 (4 accent diamonds per side, 8 total) 🫶🏻 what we didn’t know is that my initials (CJC) were already engraved inside!!! after research with no specific answers, the best guess is that those are the initials of the jeweler or company that made the ring

this was the most amazing engagement weekend to kick off our wedding season!! still over a year away so now we’re planning out the perfect weekend to celebrate our love & life together 💗✨

still one more set to come (the film from the proposal)!

I LOVE YOU @stosu_ 🤍✨💍

on saturday 04.08, jacob’s 28th birthday, he proposed and i of course said YES ✨ on the beach i’ve spent 20 years growing into the person i am today, we walked towards the jetty reminiscing on our favorite memories tied to this spot… i had no idea the most special of all was about to happen, with our families hidden around the jetty capturing the whole thing 🥹 a magical moment followed by the best engagement/birthday/easter party all together 💗💗💗

thank you jacob for making all of my wildest dreams come true and to our incredible families for the unforgettable day and effort they put in to make it happen 🥹 we have weaved a beautiful life together and this was such a culmination of it all 💗 we’re fiancés!!!!!!!!!!!!

more pics and words to come
