A tasty meal for healthy eaters and 🌱vegans too! Very simple!

I bought the trio bell peppers (red,yellow, orange)
Your own seasonings to your taste.

I used: garlic powder, sea salt, parsley, cayenne, onion powder, black pepper
1 red onion
2 tbsp minced garlic or fresh (do you boo)
1 container of baby bella mushrooms (whatever kind you like)
1 nice sized spaghetti squash
2-3 tbsp of tomato paste (add at the end) mix with liquid from veggies
1-2 tbsp for sauté veggies
2 tbsp for squash (1 tbsp each slice), get a spoon to scrape all the seeds and stuff out. season with salt and peppa

1. Cook veggies
2. Add squash to oven on 425 for about 20-25 minutes face down, azz up 🤦🏾‍♀️(just check on it)
Take it out the oven turn it up and get a fork and scrape the wall of the squash down and plate it up!
