POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The rumors are true… and before the gossip machine starts spinning, let me say this with clarity and care. 🔽

I’ve been in this industry for almost 14 years it’s been through BIG seasons of life with me. Longer than I’ve been a wife or a mama. I’ve seen trends come and go, hype burn hot and fade fast, and I’ve learned to listen for what’s real, not what’s loud.

I just made a big decision. Not one that replaces what’s been built — but one that expands it. 🩷

It Works! has merged W/ a publicly traded, science-based, European-founded company, and the alignment runs deep.

This isn’t a restart. It’s an intentional EVOLUTION. Honoring what’s been built, using what we’ve learned, and aligning with something that brings more depth, proof, and reach.

⬇️ Here’s why this moment keeps replaying in my head…
So many of you have said to me over the years

“I wish I would’ve gotten in at the beginning.”

Well… this is the beginning.

Not hype-driven.
Not guesswork.
But test-based, proof-driven science.
Real data. Real results. Long-term health over quick fixes.
Something is shifting.
Bigger science.
Bigger vision.
Bigger global impact.
An upgraded compensation plan.

And yes… the U.S. is truly at ground-floor level right now.
Moments like this don’t come around often. And the people who move early? They’re usually the ones telling the story later.

let me make this clear, NOTHING is being replaced.
I still have It Works! products. This simply builds on everything before it — and honestly… the alignment just feels right for this season of my super busy life and leadership.

So when you start hearing me talk about balance… maybe 🤔 oil just know there’s something big behind it.

I’m still learning. I’ll be sharing proof soon. But if you’re someone who values facts over hype, depth over noise, and wants to be early in something solid and future-focused…

2025 didn’t come gently —but somehow showed me just how blessed I really am. 💓

It was a hard year, one that challenged me, stripped things away, and forced me to sit with myself in ways I couldn’t avoid. For that I am grateful 🙏🏼

There’s nothing like scrolling back through my camera roll to remind you of this truth: even in the hardest seasons, blessings were still unfolding. Quietly. Faithfully.

I lost friendships I thought would last forever, and gained new ones that met me with honesty, growth, and real connection.
I watched people I love struggle with their health, ❤️‍🩹 and I don’t take for granted for a single second that they’re still here. That alone changed me.

As a mom, I’m stepping into this next chapter with more intention than ever. I’m going to love my kids harder, show up fuller, and be more present, soak in every moment. But I’m also choosing something new: loving myself first. Choosing to remember who the fuck I am. I’m letting go of self-doubt, limiting beliefs and anything that held me back in my career or my self growth. Learning if I love myself first, I give my family the version of me they deserve.

2026 isn’t just another year, it’s a new chapter. 📚 It’s a reclamation, a new level of growth, alignment, a soft and strong becoming.

To everyone who’s supported me, followed my journey, believed in my business, and stayed—thank you. 🫶🏼

Stay tuned… This next chapter is going to be something special. 🤍✨ taken in 2026 by @straightmomin
