Quick job, no fancy pics for this one. Made a plaque holder pedestal for a local sign company. 2” square tube with 1/8” walls, cnc cut 1/8” sheet. Getting the plate properly aligned on a 45 degree cut definitely was a challenge.

I was tasked with re-creating this broken boat cupholder that was made from 3/8” thick colored acrylic. After I traced and created a digital drawing I sent the file to @sendcutsend to be cnc cut out of 3/8” thick HDPE (marine grade plastic with a textured surface). Once I received the parts I added the counter-bores on my mill and then de-burred all the edges for a nice finish.

Commissioned Elvis portrait wall hanger. *Shown raw before it got painted*. Made a cross shaped wall hanger bracket on the back to stop any potential sagging or wiggling on wall. Layers tig welded from behind for a clean look.
