Woodcut stencil tattoo done today for @ewan.hendry24
Thank you so much for the trust mate.
Swipe for the process!
Done at @strangewaystattoo
Email or website for bookings and enquiries, thanks for looking as always!

Lining out the relief from a prelim sketch using a grid pattern on the wood block

Cutting the relief with @flexcut.tools

Removing the relief from the wood block and shaping it using @dremel_uk

Having the stencil blessed before use by Father Toby of @psnt.uk at St. Mark's church, Swindon

Rolled the woodcut with a mix of stencil fluid and carbon to create a consistency similar relief printing ink and applied it to the skin

Bold and clean line drawing to work from with plenty of staying power

The fun part

The final result. Really happy with how this turned out and a great start to Ewan's tattoo collection by @strangewaystattoo
