Gotta know the WHY behind the instruction, WHY would they do it efficiently and effectively if it's pointless?

That's what we do at StrapFactory, We Dive into the WHY, because when you understand WHY you're doing something and HOW it translates then the EASIER the game becomes to understand at a higher level 🤷🏾‍♂️...

For Todays #WisdomWednesday 🧠, I Will Discuss The Power Of Staying Disciplined!!

The Biggest Mistake That I've Made Was Being Undisciplined Once I Got To The Division 1 Level! 🤦🏾‍♂️

Played As A True Freshman, Almost Every Game, But There Was ALWAYS A Couple Things That Held Me Back from Reaching My FULL Potential! ❌

These Two Things Were: DISCIPLINE And CONSISTENCY!! 😡

With All Of The Distractions And It Being The First Time Living Out Of State, Being So Young And ALONE And Out Of My Parents House, I Would Struggle With Saying No And Putting In The Extra Work Needed To Succeed! #UNDISCIPLENED😒

I Would Make Great Plays And Then Panic On Simple Ones!! 🥲 #INCONSISTENT

Now That I've Learned From My Past Faults, And Figured Out My Missteps, I Want To Teach Younger Athletes That When You Do Get To The University You Were Offered At, DO NOT LET OFF THE GAS!! ⛽️

I Know College Is Fun and Exciting, But You HAVEN'T Made It Yet, And There's Still A Lot To Prove!! 💯

Stay Dedicated To The Grind And Dont Let Distractions Make You Forget How And Why You Got To Where You Are In the First Place!!

One Of The Reasons I Created This Page, Is Not Only To Develop Athletes On The Field, And Teach Them How To Make It To The Next Level..But Letting Athletes Know Common Mistakes Made While On The Way Or In College And What I've Learned From Those As Well! 👍🏾

The Goal Is To Be 100% Transparent, And Give These Athletes Valuable Lessons And Teachings ON And OFF The Field! 🏈⚽️⚾️🏀

I KNOW, I KNOW...It's The Weekend.....It's Summer Break....It's Hot 🥵☀️🔥!!!

BUT That Should NOT Stop Your GRIND, Especially If You Want To Get AHEAD Of Your Competition 🤦🏾‍♂️‼️

Obviously, Be SMART With Training In The EXTREME TEMPS / Conditions !!!! 🥵🌡️⚠️

But If You Want To Play At The Next Level, Sacrifices HAVE To Be Made..And That Should Include Taking An Hour Or Two Out Of Your Weekend To GET BETTER!! 😤

Regardless If You're Doing Recovery, Film, Training, Or Anything Outside Of What Is Required, Getting That Work In When Others Aren't Is What Will Set You APART. 💯

If You Are An Athlete And Need Help Getting That Type Of Discipline And DRIVE, Reach Out TODAY ! 🤝
