So many emotions as I board my first flight since December 2019 when I had lost my mom. So much so much has happened in my personal life in these 18 months that can’t believe I am still here and able to get back on my feet. Still healing and dealing with lots even now. But grateful and thankful for this opportunity to be invited to speak at a leading conference and allowing me to get on the plane. Getting upgraded to first class on a $150 round trip ticket to Orlando, Florida was also a welcome change. taken in Delta Terminal - Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport by @stratitnow

Hello,

Is there anyone at Facebook who is monitoring social media pages. My name is Sohil Goorha and my Facebook account was hacked few months back and now disabled. I have written to every email account I can find online for support to security, posted my story on every social media page of Facebook on Instagram and LinkedIn but still have not received a single email, call or anything to support-me. In brief few months back I could not login to my facebook account as my password seemed to be hacked so I tried to reset my password and kept being told that I have enabled 2 step verification process which I never did and I need to use the app to enter the 2 step verification code. Now is that a process step failure as the funny thing is I can’t access the 2 step app without a password or reset the password so I kept going in circular loops and never was able to get back into my account. Now my account is disabled which also includes my business page. This is really frustrating as even after multiple channels of escalations no one at Facebook ever responded to a single query. Is there anyone who is able to fix this as you are losing a very strong client and I had a pretty old account with so much data. I even used business paid promotion feature of Facebook for my stratItnow company through my personal account. Not expecting this from company of this caliber on customer service.

Regards
