Find the fix.
I spot what's slowing your business down and solve it. More customers, calls answered, busywork gone. Done for you.
POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
The most expensive bill in your business never shows up in the mail.

It's the calls you didn't pick up.

You're on a job, driving, with a customer, or it's 7pm and you're done for the day. The phone rings, it goes to voicemail, and that's the end of it. No charge, no record, nothing to notice. So it feels free.

Run the math on one. Say you miss 1 call a week that would've been a $400 job. That's over $20,000 a year going to whoever picked up instead. Your numbers will be different. They're rarely small.

I set businesses up so every call gets answered and every real job lands on the calendar, even when you can't get to the phone. You get the work you were already paying to attract.

Nobody starts a business to become a bookkeeper. But there you are at 11pm, sorting receipts.

You know the night. Laptop on the kitchen table, a pile of receipts you can't fully place, transactions from 3 weeks ago you're guessing at. You finish past midnight and you still don't trust the number at the bottom.

So I built the system that does mine. It pulls in every transaction, sorts it into the right category, reconciles the account, and flags the few it isn't sure about. I read a short summary and answer what it asks. The entry happens without me.

This one's real and running. It does my own agency's books, which is the only reason I'd put it in front of you. My honest estimate is it saves around 8 hours a week of manual entry and chasing receipts. That's an estimate, and yours depends on your volume.

What bookkeeping task eats your night? Tell me and I'll build the thing that does it for you. stratosreach.com

Your Google listing can be perfect and customers still call your old number.

If you've moved or changed phone numbers at some point, the old version is probably still sitting on Yelp, on Facebook, on the Yellow Pages site, and on a handful of directories that copied it years ago and never checked back.

That costs you twice. Some customers find the old info, call a line you don't answer anymore, and go with the next business. They don't try again. And when Google sees your business listed a few different ways across the web, it gets less sure which one is really you, so it's harder for it to show you when someone nearby searches.

I track down every outdated listing and fix it, so your name, address and phone match everywhere. Customers reach you on the first try, and Google sees one business.

The job doesn't go to the cheapest bid. It goes to whoever answered first.

Here's how it usually goes. A lead fills out your form at 10am. You're on a roof, or under a truck, or in somebody's crawlspace. You see the email at 8pm, you send back an honest quote, and you never hear anything. They didn't hate your price. They'd already hired the guy who got back to them that morning.

So here's what I'd build you. An alert that texts your phone the second a new lead comes in, wherever it came from. The form on your site, your email, a call you couldn't take, a chat message. You see it while they're still deciding, not after they've hired someone else.

It wouldn't be a nightly summary or one more email notification you'd scroll past. It'd be a text in your pocket with their name and what they want, so you can answer from the truck instead of from the kitchen table at 9pm.

Tell me where your leads come from and I'll show you what I'd build so you're first to see every one. stratosreach.com

You lose about a day a week to 3 tasks that could run themselves.

None of them are hard. That's the trap. They're yours, every week, forever.

1. Reminding customers about their appointment, then eating the no-show the week you forget.
2. Chasing unpaid invoices by hand, text after text.
3. Meaning to ask happy customers for a review, and never getting to it.

5 minutes each. Add them up across every customer and it's a full day you're not spending on the actual work, or at home.

So I build the small systems that do them for you. The reminder goes out on its own. The invoice nudges itself until it's paid. The review request lands the day after the job's done. You stop being the one who has to remember.

Someone searched for what you do last night. No website? They found your competitor instead.

I'll build you a real website that turns that search into a phone call. 1 page, tap to call, a contact form that reaches you, hosted and live this week. You answer the phone. I handle the rest.

A missing website, or a dead brochure site nobody can act on, costs you jobs every day.

Want one? Comment WEBSITE or send me a message.

Every SEO guy tells you the same two things: post more, build links. That's not advice. It's a shrug.

Because it never tells you the thing that actually matters. Which page is buried. Which search people are typing that you don't even have a page for. You're left guessing, doing 'more,' and watching nothing move.

So I built the fix. A tool that reads your real Google Search Console data and hands back the exact edits in priority order. The page that's buried and quietly losing you customers. The search getting impressions with no page built for it yet. The title losing clicks it should be winning. Not a generic checklist. The specific next thing to do.

It's real and running. I use it on my own site and on clients' sites to pull the exact fix list, so nobody's guessing.

Tired of vague SEO advice? Tell me your business and your town. I'll show you the exact pages and searches costing you customers. stratosreach.com

Being busy and being profitable are two totally different things, and most owners can't tell you which one they are.

Not for sure. Not until tax season, when someone finally adds it all up.

And it's not their fault. Every sale, every fee, every expense lands somewhere different. The card processor here, the bank there, a spreadsheet nobody's opened since March.

So I built a system for a business that pulls all of it together every morning. It sorts every transaction, keeps a running profit and loss, and sets the tax money aside as it comes in.

At any point in the month you can look and know exactly what you made and what you owe. Tax time turns into a download instead of a scramble.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how well do you actually know your numbers right now? Drop it in the comments. by @stratosreach

Every business is sitting on money it already earned and then forgot about.

Old leads. The people who asked for a quote, said they'd think about it, and then just went quiet. You didn't drop the ball on purpose. It was a Tuesday, you were buried, and they slipped your mind.

I'm building a system for a client right now that does the remembering for him. Every week it goes back through the whole list, pulls the ones actually worth another call, and hands him each one with the reason to reach out and what to say.

No spreadsheet. No chasing. It just shows up.

How many old leads are sitting in your phone right now that you never circled back to? Tell me in the comments. by @stratosreach

A rig breaks down out on the job. The driver pulls out a phone, Googles 'diesel repair near me,' and this shop wasn't there.

Real business. Trucks in the bay every day. No website, though, so when someone searched, they found the next shop instead.

So I built them one. A full site with a page for every service they run: diesel engine work, brakes, hydraulics, diagnostics. Real photos of their own jobs, and it opens fast on a phone. Live now, and set up to get found on Google.

If people search for what you do and you don't show up, that's money walking to a competitor. I can fix that. Tell me your trade and I'll build you a site that answers the search.

What would you do with 30 extra hours a month? I just gave a client his back.

One of my clients buys houses here in King County. To find them, he was driving neighborhoods, digging through county tax records, and building call lists by hand. Every single day. Hours of it before he ever picked up the phone.

So I built him a system. It pulls every single-family home in the county, scores each one on the exact signals he looks for (behind on taxes, rough condition, high equity, owned a long time), and hands him a ranked list of who to call. It refreshes on its own every month. He opens the sheet and starts dialing.

Built to give him back 30 to 40 hours a month.

This is the kind of thing I build now. What's something in your business you're still doing by hand that a system could handle overnight? Drop it in the comments and I'll tell you if it's automatable.

Half your customers try to reach you after you've closed.

Think about when a person actually deals with the leaky faucet or the truck that's been making a noise. Not at 10am, when they're at their own job. It's 8pm, or Sunday afternoon, when they finally sit down and think, time to call someone about this. They call, they get voicemail, and they keep scrolling until someone answers or lets them book right there.

That job didn't go to a better business. It went to a reachable one.

So here's what I'd set up for you. A front desk that answers after you've clocked out, gets the name and what they need, and books the job straight into your calendar. Online booking on your site so anyone can grab a slot at 9pm without waiting on a callback. You wake up to booked work instead of a missed-call list.

When's the last time you counted the calls that came in after you closed? Tell me your trade and I'll show you what I'd set up. stratosreach.com
