Special group this year.

Getting the opportunity to coach at Tahoma as an alum means a lot to me. This community poured into me growing up, so being able to give back and invest in the next group of guys is something I’ll never take for granted.

Proud of this team and the way they competed all season. Great way to wrap up the year.

Don’t settle for average

Last week I helped a family secure a deal that most buyers in this market are not even coming close to. Strong positioning, clear strategy, and the right conversations at the right time can create a meaningful difference in what you pay.
There is the outcome everyone else gets, and then there is the outcome you get when the negotiation is done with intention. You deserve the kind of representation that lifts you above the crowd. taken in Bonney Lake, Washington by @straubsells

There are deals out there for you to take.

Not every home is like this, and we are still seeing some with multiple offers… but try try again, eventually you’ll land on a winner taken in Kent, Washington by @straubsells

Want to hire someone who just sticks a yard sign up and hope it sells…

Or would you rather hire a professional who makes sure it does? taken in Black Diamond, Washington by @straubsells
