Tiny Conversations: About Appa - Jin (3) & Saan (2). by @strawberrysomeday

Saan turned one. Jin will be three in August.
Their growing reminds me: time keeps moving whether we’re ready or not.

Parenthood has reshaped us—but so has aging, loving, grieving, hoping. The things we all carry, in different ways.

This post isn’t about having kids. It’s about the way life changes us. How we find ourselves growing up again in a new season, holding joy and uncertainty at the same time. How these experiences give us clarity on how we want to live, and who we want to be before our own story is done.

Happy birthday, Saan (or was it Butters? Butters picked the gavel 🙃) by @strawberrysomeday

Anyone else love sardines?! 😛 Slowly making our way back in the kitchen…

We held off on hot pot for awhile because it took time to eat through meals…which we don’t have a lot of! One of our dear friends recommended tossing everything in the pot, so that it’s cooked. Mind blown? YES. by @strawberrysomeday

Main takeaways from the Deep South:
• the locals wear long layers to defend themselves from the unofficial state bird, the mosquito
• they 👏 know 👏 how 👏 to 👏 cook
• it’s called Lowcountry because the city floods whenever there is a full moon taken in Charleston, South Carolina by @strawberrysomeday
