happy 5 year anniversary my love 🍓🐄

the love i have for you is truly immeasurable. God made me, realized i needed a safe space, and then made an angel in the form of you. you truly saved my life jaden ❣️ the amount of patience, care, and kindness that you show me is a kind of love that i pray everyone gets to experience one day.

let’s talk about clue ♥️

Clue was by far one of the greatest creative experiences I have ever had the pleasure to be apart of. If I could go back and do it all again, I absolutely would! and I wouldn’t change a thing 🥰

i truly could not have asked for a better cast. i am so unbelievably proud of everyone who was apart of this and deeply appreciate how much time, love, and dedication they put towards this show ♥️

i am so blessed that my first time directing ended up being such a masterpiece and it’s truly thanks to all the help and support i had along the way 💛

i’m also incredibly proud of myself. i made so many creative decisions and really trusted my gut throughout this whole process. i am so proud of the direction i put out there and am so happy that so many jokes by @strawbinaberry

happy mental health month 💚💚💚

taking care of your mental health can look like:

☀️ talking to a therapist
☀️ consulting a psychiatrist
☀️ taking a day to do absolutely nothing
☀️ motivating yourself to be social
☀️ spending time in nature
☀️ turning off your phone/socials for a bit
☀️ talking with someone you love

no matter what you do, do it for the betterment of you and the people you love 💛

things i am really proud of myself for that i haven’t given time to appreciate:

- i graduated with my M.S. with a 3.98 GPA
- i currently have all A’s in my PhD program
- i am allowing myself to recognize my burnout and allowing time to heal
- i got a second job where i can teach what i love (psychology 🫶🏼)
- i am being more intentional with my social life while also understanding its limitations with my schedule
- i persevere and accomplish so much despite my mental disorders
- i have grown to accept my mental diagnoses and am doing what i can to care for them
- i have found my voice again and will speak my mind when i choose

thank you to everyone who has been supporting me and have been so patient with me, it truly means the world and i couldn’t be where i am today without my support system 💓 i love you all so so much
