Don’t worry guys they’re almost ready to settle their first contract since 1997 and they’re expecting a significant pay raise 😂.

Imagine making $16.80 an hour going into 2027?

This is absolute insanity. by @streetcoptraining

The exhale of his breath translates to this “I cannot believe that this is happening to me today.”

Leaky bags of crap are the worst. But ya know they gotta get handled.

I guess @chickfila and @chipotle understand this and offer a discount to cops to try and make our lives a little less difficult at times. by @streetcoptraining

From @pensacolapolice Last night was incredibly difficult. We know the days ahead will bring more heartache for Detective Angela Nieto’s family and for our family here at the Pensacola Police Department. We also know that grief like this is not measured in days, but in the moments, milestones, and memories that follow.

When Angela joined our department as a cadet in 2019, she brought with her the same dedication to service she had demonstrated while serving in the United States Army as an 88M (Motor Transport Operator). In the years that followed, she grew from Cadet to Officer to Detective, guided by a genuine passion for serving others and making a difference in her community.

Today, we have heard countless stories that reflect the person we knew Angela to be. She approached her work with empathy, compassion, and an unwavering respect for the humanity and dignity of others. As a Patrol Officer, she met people and families in crisis with understanding and a steady presence. As a Detective, she held the hands of victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, offering not only support through their darkest moments, but hope for better days ahead. She was also a dedicated teammate, someone her fellow officers could count on and who understood that the work of protecting and serving others is never done alone.

These accomplishments speak to the officer and detective she was. But her greatest legacy will always be her two children, who will carry forward the love, strength, and example she leaves behind. We are honored to stand beside them, not only in this time of unimaginable grief, but in the days, months, and years to come.

Thank you, Angela Joy Nieto, for your service to our country, this city, and this community. Thank you for the compassion you showed those who needed it most, and for the joy, kindness, and light you brought to our department and the people who had the privilege of knowing you.

You were one of Pensacola’s Finest. You will always be one of our own, and you will be deeply and forever missed.

Hey brother, hang in there. I know there’s a lot going on and it’s tough losing your friend and coworker while trying to stay up recovering from some very serious injuries.

I know it feels very hard but dig deep and keep on that road to recovery. We’re all thinking of you big dog! by @streetcoptraining

Easy prey. They either own your ass or you’re prepared to own theirs.

The game is nothing more than who knows more search and seizure.

Keep telling yourself you don’t need it. Enjoy your moment when you do. by @streetcoptraining
