The biggest error most people do when they get back into working out ,I think is they push themselves too hard at the start which can be very demotivating.

In my opinion I think an athlete should ease into it and do exercises they enjoy. that way they are able to enjoy the process of working back into their old training routine

Been having a hard time being consistent and training much for the past year but this are some lifts from the past two months or so

Just taking it slowly but surely back into working out
