Pro-tip: Buy gifts for your inner-child. Things you would’ve loved as a kid. Because sometimes that tiny act of self-love makes all the difference. #halloween #nostalgia by @striderc

It’s been around 300,000 years since modern humans have been on Earth. Yet only 417 years ago - Galileo was the first human to view our closest celestial body, our moon, close-up via his telescope. It reminds me how much more we have left to discover, about our own universe and more (notice how I said ‘our own’). by @striderc

For almost 14,000 years, the Roxborough/Manayunk area was home to thousands of Lenni-Lenape people, families, & communties, mostly settled along the Wissahickon & Schuylkill River (until the first Europeans arrived in the 17th century). Just to think that those communities witnessed the beauty of these same views? Takes your breath away. #philly #sunset #history taken in Manayunk by @striderc

Some mid-October Sunflowers naturally growing & thriving on my small Philadelphia porch. Is this a good omen or just global warming? #nature #flowers taken in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by @striderc

Fairview Swim Club on July 26th, 1997. Celebrating our JSL Championship win that Saturday night. Had to edit this down from hours & hours of 1990’s footage. And what do you see? Not a worry or cell phone in sight. Take me back to the 90’s ASAP. #nostalgia #90s taken in Fairview Swim and Tennis Club by @striderc

So 1990’s “Are You Afraid of the Dark” is always worth the rewatch. And still horrifying to this day. Which episode do you remember the most? #horror #halloween #nostalgia by @striderc
