Taking a moment to slow down and breathe into the appreciation I feel as I pour over the videos and photos from the weekend at @esalen with @dene.logan.

It is such a gift to be in community with so many heart-centered seekers and souls with such depth and openness while also being immersed in the natural beauty of Big Sur.

There are a lot of feelings in my body and not a lot of words.

Simply, thank you thank you thank you

🎥 Here’s the IG cut! You can head over to YouTube (link in bio) and see how the landscape shots compare.

A younger version of me was obsessed with Spider-Man… To the point that I’d wear my costume to the dinner table so far into the year that there is a photo of me in it with a Christmas tree in the background. It’s a lot of fun for me to see all the different Peter Parkers of all ages playing in the streets at Comic Con.

There was a lot of spectacle and crafty creativity the POV cam didn’t capture today, but I’m sure there will be more to come as the weekend unfolds. by @strohbelight

Popped downtown for a couple hours last night to see what Comic Con 2026’s Preview Night was cooking up. The crowd isn’t full force yet, but you can feel the buzz building. Met a lot of cool people doing fun things. I love July in San Diego. More to come on the Comic Con front! by @strohbelight

There’s a lot happening over here. Lots of new projects in the works and I’m excited to bring you along. In the meantime, I’m having a break from the heat with my favorite weekly ritual. by @strohbelight

A few weeks ago, I flew up to the Bay Area to film a night with @berkeleysupperclub. It is such a delight to be a fly on the wall at @aforkfullofearth and @urbanadamah. Loved having this team feed me while I work, perks of the job are 👌👌👌 Here’s a little peek behind the curtain.

Thank you all for having me! by @strohbelight
