the headliner saturday is a paris duo that mostly exists as a live act, the kind that writes a new show with local musicians in every city it lands in, and has carried it through circoloco at dc-10 two seasons running, fabric london, and circoloco radio. denver gets the rarer thing: a two-hour dj set, hypnotic and groovy per the promoter, deep cuts, analog grit, unreleased ids. the records are vinyl-first, the core of them theirs: two albums on their own a.b. records, a yoyaku twelve-inch, a crosstown rebels remix. it is their denver debut, eight days after teksupport in brooklyn, and in their own words the last stop before they close the summer at burning man. the local end runs deep. strom is second on the bill, a denver selector on darkoe collective's team, minimal and deep house in the pocket, six days before he is back at vinyl supporting robbie doherty. matty g brings the deep cutz, tampa to denver, gs5 and friends parties, blind tiger afters at 4:20am, his first staticproof date on record. mean joe d holds down the vinyl: a deep dive dc resident, a 103-minute episode of hand-picked records, an eaton radio session, back home in denver since spring. sat 08.29 // 11pm til late // 21+ secret location, denver, address to ticket holders two hours before the show danley sound tickets: staticproof.events @static.proof @alineumberlive @strom.us @mattygsounds @mean.joe.d #iykyk #denvertechno #house #afterhours by @strom.us
