POSTS STORIES REELS

We talk a lot about preparation and training hard, both in the woods, and in the weight room. Scouting, hanging stands, moving stands, moving cameras to scrapes, working food sources, but at the end of the day, November is the sweetest month of all. Of course, I married my wife in November, but the Rut is the second Best Thing!! Super Pumped to tag a Tennessee Tank On Opening Day!! They don’t get much better. Great things to come @brandonlilly3

🦃 WHAT’S IN MY TURKEY VEST?

Got a stubborn gobbler giving you the silent treatment? Sometimes a red-tailed hawk call can get him to break! 🦅

In this episode, I’m showing a different sound to keep in your vest. That sharp hawk scream can trigger a shock gobble—and one gobble might be all you need to give away his location.

Give it a call, then listen. Don’t get so busy making noise that you miss his answer!

Newfoundland, you sure gave us a trip to remember! 🇨🇦

Incredible country, a culture all its own, and some of the most welcoming people you could ever hope to meet. Getting to experience it with my best buddy @wrf2014 made it that much better.

A big thank-you to Dustin and Jordan for the hard work, the laughs, and sharing this beautiful place with us. We hunted hard and earned every mile. There were tired legs and long days, but plenty of good times along the way.

Taking this caribou was a moment I’ll never forget. Just as special were the camaraderie, the stories, and the people I got to share it with. That’s what keeps me coming back to hunting—memories you carry long after you’ve headed home. @jordan.poole.581 @dustydominix 🙏🏼

What’s in Your Turkey Vest Thursday 🦃

An essential tool for your Turkey Vest. When the woods get quiet, shock a gobbler with a crow call. It’s especially effective on windy or cold days when you need a loud, aggressive call that will reach a long way.

If you’re serious about turkey hunting, your vest is more than a bag—it’s your toolbox. Follow along as I show you what’s in my turkey vest, why I carry it, and how each piece of gear has earned its place in the woods. 🦃 What’s in Your Turkey Vest?

Every Thursday, we’re opening the turkey vest.

Sure, we’re gearing up for elk, whitetail, and mule deer season right now—but if you’re like me, turkey hunting never leaves your mind.

After more than 50 years of chasing the greatest game bird God ever created, I’ve learned that success often comes down to the little things: the calls you trust, the techniques you rely on, and those “secret weapons” that only time in the turkey woods can teach.

Each Thursday, I’ll be sharing what’s in my Turkey Toolbox—from diaphragm calls and pots to strikers, locator calls, setups, calling strategies, and the lessons I’ve learned along the way.

But this isn’t just about what I carry—it’s about building a community of hunters who want to get better together.

I want to hear what’s in your turkey vest. What call never leaves home? What’s your confidence setup? What trick has helped you fool an old longbeard?

Let’s learn from each other, sharpen our skills, and keep the tradition alive.

I can’t wait for Thursdays.

Train for life. Hunt for legacy.💪🏻

Day 15 last day shoot to eat. it’s been a great two weeks. The challenge for me was squeezing it in the afternoons around everything else in life. Stayed consistent only missed one day. Super pumped to shoot this morning at 50 my last shot and throw one in there best shot of the last two weeks. That’s what the program is all about not just improving but being able to pull off a quick shot with not much preparation involved. Another great year thanks to SORNEIX Outdoors and Bert Sorin. Thanks for creating this. Let’s have a great fall hunting season. Good luck to everyone. #sorinexoutdoors #shoottoeat #aimsmalleatbig #strong2hunt #trainhardhuntharder by @strong2hunt
