We showed Jonathan a LOT of homes. Different neighborhoods. Different layouts. Different possibilities.

A little Labor Day history I couldn’t leave sitting in my drafts. ❤️

The first Labor Day celebration was held in 1882 — and here in Denver, we’re still surrounded by homes that were standing during that very era.

Lately we’ve been showing several historic homes to clients who are drawn to the character, craftsmanship, and nostalgia that comes with them.

Once I pictured myself dressed for the era… well, the idea pretty much took over from there. ❤️
