Dziesięć miesięcy temu Dominika doƂączyƂa do mojego coachingu w styczniu jako caƂkiem ƛwieĆŒo upieczona mama. Dziƛ jest lĆŒejsza o ponad 18 kg i o niezliczone centymetry. Ale kto by tam liczyƂ?! If you’re waiting to feel confident before you go to the gym... You’ll be waiting forever. Because confidence isn’t something you find before you start. It’s something you build by showing up. Most women think everyone in the gym is watching them. Judging them. Looking at what they’re wearing. How much they’re lifting. What they look like. The truth? Most people are too busy worrying about themselves. And the ones who do notice you? They’re usually thinking, , Good on her for being here!’ Nobody walks into the gym feeling like they belong on day one. Confidence comes from walking in when you feel nervous. Doing the workout anyway. Coming back again tomorrow. And proving to yourself that you can. Every confident woman you see in the gym started as the woman who felt scared to walk through the door. The difference is... She did it anyway. And so can you Love, Karo by @strongbykarolina
Dared by @panistopka_ and I’m in 😅 Boiled egg chocolate pudding. Rich, creamy, chocolatey, and a sneaky protein boost đŸ«đŸ„š You need: đŸ„š 4 boiled eggs đŸ« 3.5 tbsp cocoa powder đŸ„› 120ml milk 🍯 40g honey or maple syrup 🍩 2 tsp vanilla extract Method: Blend everything until completely smooth, then chill for 1-2 hours. Verdict: I’m OBSESSED! Would you try it? 👇 Love, Karo by @strongbykarolina
Fifteen years ago, a year after my son was born, I pressed play on my first home workoutđŸ’Ș As a single mum with no help. But I showed up anyway. Home workouts first. Then the gym ( a dream- literally 😅) the second Viktor started school and I had a bit of freedom. Today I’m still a mum. I’m still busy. And training is still the one thing I do just for me. The mums I coach are no different. School runs, lunches, dinners, work. They still make time, because they see the bigger picture. Getting stronger and feeling confident in your own skin pays off for years. If you’re waiting for the perfect moment, this is your sign. Comment START and I’ll help you build a routine that fits your life, no excusesđŸ™ŒđŸŒ Love, Karo by @strongbykarolina
The scale tells you one thing. Strength training changes everything else. I mean... Look at her body composition. It’s unreal. This beautiful Mama went from 95kg to 77.5kg. But the number isn’t the story. That’s what happens when you build lean muscle and lift heavier over time. She’s firmer, stronger, and carries herself differently. And she’s lifting weights now that she couldn’t touch when she started. This is what strength training does for you Here’s your reminder to stay consistent & be PATIENT with yourself You’re not just changing how you look. You’re building a body that’s capable, resilient and strong for life. Stop chasing a smaller number. Start chasing a stronger you. Ready to start? DM me “STRONG” and let’s talk Love, Karo by @strongbykarolina
Can we please take a moment to celebrate this beautiful baby mama?! ✹ Over the past two years, Tessa has gotten married, gone through pregnancy and welcomed her baby, all while staying committed to her training at her own pace. What I admire most is her consistency. Even with a busy, ever-changing schedule, she’s kept showing up and embracing every challenge (including plenty of Bulgarian split squats 😅). And yes, she may have called me a „dictator coach”, but what we’ve built is trust, respect and a shared commitment to her goals. Tessa has built a routine that fits her life instead of forcing her life to fit a routine. That’s what sustainable progress truly looks like, and I couldn’t be prouder. If you’re ready to build strength, confidence and a routine that works for YOUR life, this is your sign. DM me „STRONG” to get started đŸ’Ș Karo by @strongbykarolina
4 months with Karen Look what consistent work does and having a plan in palce đŸ”„ -18 cm off her waist‹-4kg off the scale ‹And most importantly, her strength is UP. Karen had been training for years and years with very little to show for it. What we changed wasn’t how hard she worked (she’s always worked hard). It was her nutrition, and learning how to fuel properly. Now she’s getting ready for her very first HYROXđŸ’Ș She’s one of those clients who never cuts corners. She turns up, she does the work, no excuses. EverđŸ’Ș Karen, it’s an absolute pleasure to work with , to watch you grow, get stronger and turn into this little machine that you are becoming on top of being a fashion icon that I always look up to 👗 đŸ’Œ 👠😉 So here’s to the next phase. I can’t wait to see what it brings 🙌 If you’ve been training for years without the results you want, it’s NOT the effort. It’s how you’re fueling yourself DM me “FUEL” and let’s talk Love, Karo by @strongbykarolina
Things I’m Finally Comfortable Admitting at 41✹ PS. Magic 📾 đŸȘ„ created by my one & only @nataliaruszczuk I didn’t always love my body. What you see now took years to build physically and mentally. If you’re not there yet, you’re not behind. You’re just not finished. I used to chase “skinny.” Now I train for strong. For capable. For a body that can carry heavy things, literally and otherwise. Best trade I ever made. I had to learn boundaries the hard way. Saying yes to everything nearly burned me out. Protecting my time and energy isn’t selfish - it’s how I show up for my clients, properly, for the long run. I love my body more now than I did at 25. Not despite my age - because of what it’s proven it can still do. Strength doesn’t come with an expiry date. I still don’t have it all figured out. I coach confidence and I still have days I have to talk myself into. Growth isn’t a finish line - it’s a practice. Every single day. What’s one thing you’re finally comfortable admitting about yourself? Drop it belowđŸ€ by @strongbykarolina
Meet Kat 4 months. One incredibly busy woman who decided to show up for herself đŸ–€ When Kat came to me four months ago, she had a schedule that would burn most people out -50-60+ hour work weeks. But she committed to training 3x a week, no excuses, and we built a routine that actually fit her life instead of fighting against it. And the results? IncredibleđŸ”„ Her nutrition is on point. She’s eating better, recovering better, prioritising herself on top of everything else she’s juggling. The muscle definition, the strength gains -she is getting stronger every single week. This is what happens when you stop putting yourself last. So proud of the work you’re putting in, Kat. This is just the beginning -can’t wait to take it to the next level with youđŸ’ȘđŸ–€ Thank you for trusting me with your journey ✹ If you’re a woman who’s ready to start prioritising your health and your strength - drop me a message and let’s chatđŸ€ Love, Karo by @strongbykarolina
Look at what consistency doesđŸ€ This is one of my closest friends, and I couldn’t be prouder of her. She’s been following one of my Strong programs, showing up, staying consistent and progressively overloading. No magic and no shortcuts. Back in August she had a serious accident. We started really, really simple, because that’s what coming back properly looks like. Then we built, week by week. Now she’s almost fully back, lifting heavier than before and feeling stronger in her body. Yes, she looks different. But the bigger win is how she feels: more confident, more capable, more trusting of what her body can dođŸ’Ș Progress isn’t about punishing yourself or doing more. It’s about starting where you are, doing the basics well, and getting a little stronger each week. Proud of you, Kochanie đŸ€You did this. đŸ€ Want to start your own strength journey? Comment STRONG or DM me and let’s talk Love, Karo by @strongbykarolina
Meet Kinga đŸ’Ș She came to me in February with one goal: get strong, because she was planning to start a family one day and wanted her body ready for it. Plot twist: she was already pregnant. She just didn’t know yetđŸ€ Since then, she’s trained 3 to 4 times a week through her entire pregnancy. Strength training, Core work, pelvic floor work, daily steps, and plenty of movement, adjusted as her body changes week to week. She’s now 35 weeks. Three weeks to go. And she’s done all of it while working a full-time job and travelling over the summer, without skipping a beat. No excuses, just showing up. Kinga, I’m so proud of you. Watching you train through this has been nothing short of inspiring, and I can’t wait to see what comes next, including life with the babyđŸŒ If you’re thinking about starting strength training, before pregnancy, during, or after, I’d love to help.
