Chills 🥶 that emotion, the memories. Let me explain how we got here. I am Brandon Escobar. And my life has been a chase for movement, masterfully, mastered. Also some side quests 😉🥂🤩🏆🌟 and along the way, we found a master key to many doors🤝 I will use this means of communication to explain the intricacies of our martial art. The martial arts of my masterminds, we love to do this, we live for this, we rise for this. Using my experiences having traveled the world, and competing/fighting/training against some of the best to ever play the game, I can guide anyone who is looking to get started on their journey. I’m an ambassador for great health and a life of finding the masterful movements that guide us to a better life. If you are strong, and understand movement, you will move easier, simple as that. And with ease of movement comes so much more than you can imagine. And if you’re cool, we are cool 😎 cool? I am wealthy and abundant in my knowledge, my village, and my resources🙏🏼 paying it forward, and teaching is how I choose to share this wealth🌟 good vibes are welcome to upgrade your life😎 • • • #MovementMasterfullyMastered #PhilosophyOfFighting #MoreThanJustAnAthlete #BrandonTheProfessionalEscobar #Wrestling #MixedMartialArts #Striking #Grappling #Fight #Peace #Love #Harmony by @strongestescobar

FOCUS ON WHAT YOU CAN CONTROL👇🏼 Elite athletes understand that not everything is going to go their way. You can’t control every call, every opponent, every setback, or every circumstance. But you can control your response. Your effort. Your attitude. Your preparation. Your discipline. Your next decision. That’s where the separation happens. The best athletes don’t waste energy on what’s outside their control. They put that energy into what they can do right now to get better. Huge thank you to Olympian @realestescobar for sharing this message and his experience with our Sweat Equity Team athletes. 🥇 Control what you can. Let go of what you can’t. Keep moving forward. #SweatEquityTeam #wrestlingmindset #championmindset #athletemindset #wrestlingtraining by @strongestescobar
How would a World Champion think?👇🏼 If a world champion woke up in your body tomorrow, what would they do? They’d get to work. Last week, Olympian @realestescobar spoke to our athletes about how the gap between where they are and where they want to be is often smaller than they think. The biggest difference isn’t talent. It’s the standard you hold yourself to, the belief you have in yourself, and the actions you take when nobody’s watching. 🧠 Think like a champion. 💪🏼 Train like a champion. 🏆 Become a champion. Pros vs. Amateurs👇🏼 During our last webinar, we had the honor of hosting Olympian Brandon Escobar, who shared his experience while coaching at the legendary Jackson Wink MMA Academy, home to some of the best MMA fighters in the world. He noticed one major difference between the pros and the amateurs. The amateurs were the ones missing classes. The world-class professionals, Jon Jones, Holly Holm, Aaron Pico, and Michelle Waterson never missed class. The best in the world don’t rely on motivation. They build discipline, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to the process. Champions understand that some days you’ll feel great, and some days you won’t. The difference is they find a way to get the work done anyway. Which standard are you holding yourself to? . . . . . #athletemindset #mentaltoughness #championmindset #wrestlingmindset #discipline by @strongestescobar
Once a kid with a dream👇🏼 An Olympian with a story worth hearing. This Sunday, we’re honored to welcome 2012 Olympian Brandon Escobar to our Complete Athlete Development System webinar. Brandon’s journey started right here on Long Island. He became a Suffolk County Champion, joined the 100+ Win Club, earned NJCAA All-American honors, won multiple international medals, and went on to represent Honduras at the 2012 London Olympic Games. His success wasn’t built overnight, it was built through discipline, consistency, and a commitment to the process. Now he’s giving back, and our athletes have the opportunity to learn directly from someone who’s competed on the biggest stage in the world. If you’re serious about becoming the best athlete you can be, this is something you won’t want to miss. 📅 Sunday, July 19 🕢 7:30 PM ET 🔒 Exclusively for SET Members We’re excited to have you with us, Brandon. See you Sunday. 💪🇺🇸🇭🇳 Follow his journey @realestescobar . . . . . #olympicwrestling #wrestlingmindset #freestylewrestling #wrestlingtraining #wrestlingchampion by @strongestescobar
