Graduation Day!!!
Extremely proud of all our Graduates, but had to show some love to the ones closest to my heart!!! Year 3 completed.
7-11-1 on the season. This year’s group was a lot different. A group of boys in September became real brothers in May.

If we are judged by our record then this year was a down year. But if we are judged by development character, dedication and growth, then this was a Great year. We lost a huge piece to our team before the season started, 4 sophomore called up to the varsity, another big piece to rules that are outdated… and then injuries during the season to major players also didn’t help.

But we didn’t quit!!! These boys continue to work hard even when the odds were stacked against us. The goal is always to create honorable men that are never afraid to compete…. And that’s what we did.

Pay attention if you want, but there are major changes coming to the Salesian Eagles baseball Program!!!

Season is slowly getting closer and I am extremely excited. I know all of my boys worked really hard this offseason and it will all pay off!!! There are few things I love more than being on the field everyday!!!

“Heavy” squat day today.
First my boy Big Matt with a nice 275 lb Single.
Second is my kid Mason with a super easy, super clean 225 lb single. These boys were hungry for these numbers. We worked really hard on our breathing and core stability before I even let them get under the bar. Then we worked on depth and how to control our bodies.
I must say, for our first heavy day the boys impressed me. We will continue to work on making these boys stronger, so they can become stronger Men! by @strongman.zay
