Here at Adonis we have a lot of balls… concrete balls that is and boy do we have a lot that we want you to touch in Castle Hill!

This October we’re letting you all come play with our balls, with stones ranging from 30kg in 5 & 10 (even some 1kg) increments all the way up to 230kgs (yes that stone, IYKYK), you will have an opportunity in the 3 Stone lift to set your new PB, a record or just have some fun!

Run like a PL flight, athletes will be asked to compete in a 3 lift series and given 3 attempts per lift. Strongman Corp weight classes, masters and adaptive welcome!

1. Stone over Bar
2. Stone to Platform
3. Stone to Shoulder

Cheap ass entry and a full evening of going ham on the stones!
Make sure you keep your eyes peeled for the event details and the list of stones in full!

🔥 EVENT 4: THE OVERHEAD PRESS MEDLEY 🔥

The heat was on and the crowd was alive. Event 4 came in heavy and left no room for weakness. 💥

💪 A true test of upper body strength and explosive power, this press ladder featured alternating implements: axle, log, axle, log.

It was raw. It was relentless.
And it was all about who could move the fastest under the heaviest load.

Athletes pressed with power, locked out, and fought through fire to get the down command.
Every rep was a battle.
Every finish brought the crowd to its feet.

This wasn’t just another medley…
it was a showcase of grit and strength, and the athletes brought everything they had.
