Heartfelt thank you to our amazing pacers for helping to make the @alpharettawomenshalfmarathon so special. Your expert understanding of the course - knowing when to cruise and when to push made such a difference for so many runners. Thanks for sharing your energy and caring so deeply.

@lululemon Avalon, thank you for outfitting our pacers again this year. We looked and felt our best while we were doing what we love. 💪🏃‍♀️✨ by @strongruncoach

My heart is full and my face hurts from smiling. The @alpharettawomenshalfmarathon was everything! Gratitude and inspiration is overflowing. Pride for our training group, gratitude for our pacers and volunteers, and inspiration from seeing women realize they are stronger than they ever imagined!

Alpharetta Women’s Half Marathon we are READY! 🎉💪 Enjoy some pics from the early years.

We’ve run this race every year since it started in 2018, and we bring the same excitement eight years later. Our training group is prepared. The pacers are ready to remind you that you can do it. We have a big box of sidewalk chalk ready to bring you extra encouragement along the greenway.

Congratulations to everyone who has trained so hard to get here. Making it to the starting line is a big deal. Now it’s time to celebrate your strength and have some fun out there on the roads.

We’ll keep the celebration going on Monday. Meet us at lululemon Avalon at 6 p.m. for First Monday Run Club. Join us for an easy recovery run or walk, swap race stories, and celebrate your accomplishment. Dr. Nellie from Strong Performance Chiropractic will be waiting on the patio at South City Kitchen with soft tissue treatments and recovery tips.

Good luck out there! 🍀 by @strongruncoach

We asked this crew to wear pink for breast cancer awareness, and they answered. We ran, we walked, and we finished with hot tater tots and a very pink raffle on the patio at @nfaburger

Next up: November 2 at 6 PM. Join us as we celebrate the day after the @alpharettawomenshalfmarathon for a recovery run or walk. The crew from @strongdocatl will be waiting on the patio to help with us our recovery. Link in bio for sign up - if it’s full, come anyway.

Now listen up, between now and then: if you’re due for a mammogram, get it booked! Message me if you need an accountability buddy. 💕 xo - Coach

The Race 2026. I love running this gnarly course as part of my fall build.

Thank you to the @lululemon Avalon crew for showing up strong to volunteer in the start corrals. For @m_zigg who said “yes” to a crazy-early morning as she continues to explore this running thing. So much gratitude for the connections this sport keeps bringing into my life. New and old run friends I’ve come to admire deeply on and off the course.

Congratulations to @therace_uc + @runningnerds on another great event. See you next year for #10.

Join us Sunday at 7:30am at Big Peach Alpharetta for our Alpharetta Women’s Half & 5K Training Run! You don’t have to be training for the half or the 5K to come get some miles with us.

HOKA will be joining us with Rocket X 3 demos! Lace up something speedy and see if a little extra pep can make those Sunday miles and hills fly by. Yes, Coach Betsy has confirmed the weather will be fantastic, but there is a 100% chance of hills.

And because we’re absolutely the enabler friend who wants you to come run AND have a good time, we’re making a morning of it. Bring your foam roller for a little post-run foam rolling clinic, then stick around for bagels, coffee, and good company. ☕🥯

All are welcome! See you Sunday! by @strongruncoach

When you told everyone you signed up for a race & now you actually have to do it 😅 Good news is @strongruncoach will get you from “I signed up” to flying across the finish line! Coach Betsy’s training group is built for first-timers, PR chasers, and everyone in between. You’re not doing this alone! 🏃‍♀️💖🏁
