Iryna Zarutska
On August 22, 2025, Iryna Zarutska, a 23-year-old Ukrainian woman, was k💀d at the East/West Boulevard station on the Lynx Blue Line, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Zarutska, a Ukrainian refugee who had fled her country because of the Russian invasion, was fatally stabbed from behind while seated on the train. The suspect, Decarlos Dejuan Brown Jr., was arrested upon exiting the train and charged with first-degree m💀r. He was deemed incompetent to stand trial on state and federal charges. In June 2026, he was involuntarily committed to a federal medical facility to restore his competency.

I have to admit that I was a little apprehensive about purchasing a product that I saw advertised on Instagram, but Bulletpoint Mounting Solutions more than exceeded my expectations.

The products are almost entirely metal with carbon fiber/kevlar arms, so there are no cheap flimsy plastic components. The turn knobs are pretty much the only plastic component and ideal for hand tightening.

The mount is rock solid, and the MagSafe phone mount is strong!
Even the universal device holder is of metal construction.

High quality products that I would highly recommend if you’re in the market for phone and device mounts that aren’t going to bounce and wobble or break as easily as cheap plastic ones. by @strugglinweasel
