This is fall in South Louisiana.

American Brahman cattle dot the pastures of our family farm along the Gulf of America. Here, autumn isn’t marked by changing leaves, but by a subtle shift in the air, golden afternoons, and the quiet arrival of a new generation.

With calves from our fall crop arriving daily, it’s a season of renewal, tradition, and the timeless rhythms of life on the Gulf Coast. #brahman #americanbrahman #cattle #fall #gulfcoast by @stuartatx

In every even-numbered year, I’ve made a commitment to accept judging assignments in Brahman-producing countries around the world. 2026 has been a record year. To say I’ve evaluated a lot of cattle would be an understatement.

The older I get, the more I realize that a life of purpose isn’t about choosing just one passion. It’s about having the courage to pursue the things that truly light you up.

I consider myself incredibly fortunate to wear many hats. I have two careers that I genuinely love: raising Brahman cattle and selling exceptional real estate. Those two worlds have given me a life I never could have imagined.

I get to call one of the greatest cities in the world, Austin, home. I can always return to my family’s Louisiana Gulf Coast roots, where generations have built a legacy of cattle and conservation. And because of Brahman cattle, I’ve had the privilege of traveling the world, meeting extraordinary people, and seeing firsthand how this great breed of cattle connects cultures across continents. taken in Liberia, Costa Rica by @stuartatx

It was a holiday season shaped by open pastures, misty mornings, coastal light, and the enduring beauty of south Louisiana. Everything I love about returning home plus being surrounded by family made this Christmas so very special. by @stuartatx

Houston 2025 was awesome! Every year my family participates in what is considered by many the “Super Bowl” of cattle shows; The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. People from around the world come to Houston the first week of March to see Brahman cattle and buy American Brahman genetics.

For us, it was a special year. Our “W” branded cattle took top spots in the Red Brahman female show winning Grand and Reserve Grand Champion females. Additionally our MAXIMUS bull was awarded Grand Champion Get of Sire.

Honestly I still can’t believe it. #brahman #brahmanrojo #redbrahman #brahmanusa #americanbrahman taken in Houston Live Stock & Rodeo by @stuartatx

It’s been 16 years since the @americanbrahman hosted the World Brahman Congress in the USA. It’s an event that showcases Brahman cattle on a global platform and our “W” branded genetics dominated the Red Brahman division. Miss WCC Catalina captured the Reserve Grand Champion Female title and her sister, Miss WCC Violet 217/6 produced the Reserve Grand Champion Bull for @herzogcattle

I am so proud of what we have built and know that these 2 animals are the future of American Red #Brahman cattle. by @stuartatx

I spent the weekend in Ecuador surrounded by people who love Brahman cattle as much as I do. In 2024 I’ve traveled to 9 countries because of Brahman cattle and it has filled my life with countless adventures and experiences. I’m so lucky to do what I love with people I love and respect. #brahman #brahmanrojo #brahmancattle #travel by @stuartatx

One of my favorite things when home is seeing all the native water lilies on the farm. The incredible combination of white, purple, yellow and green define the gulf coast landscape in my home state. #louisiana #louisianalife by @stuartatx
