I'm happy with my performance this year I managed to complete my first ibjjf nogi GrandSlam this year and hopefully it will be one of many there is allways improvements to make and I'm looking forward to fixing them.

Can't wait for the 2025 season!

@ibjjf NOGI WORLD CHAMPION 2024

this weekend I competed at the World No Gi Championship I had 5 fights with 2 submissions and 3 by points winning my first nogi world title which was a dream come true for me and also finishing off a nogi GrandSlam I have always wanted to win a Grand Slam and I am delighted to say I now have. This has been an awful lot of hard work and dedication along with having to spend a vast amount of time away from my home and family doing intensive training camps I'm aware that there are still many things I need to work on and look forward to the new challenges they will bring. This has been a truly amazing year for me I have managed to achieve things that I only ever dreamed were possible and I would like to thank everyone @atosjiujitsuhq for helping me prepare with a camp for the competition, Professor @galvaobjj and professor @angelicagalvao for the help physically and mentally. I would also like to thank my coach in Ireland @galerabjj and my team mates @studiogalera , my mum and my brothers who always support me wherever i go and my sponsors @ground_game.ie @ground_game and @bandonbfit by @stuartcarmodybjj

IBJJF WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2024🥇

I competed in the IBJJF World Championship in Long Beach California, I had five tough fights winning the gold medal in the category blue belt light feather

This has been a dream of mine since I was 12 years old I have trained for this moment multiple times everyday for the past few years and in the past year spending hours travelling to get to extra classes and to finally accomplish this dream means the world to me

I want to thank all the people I couldn't have done it without, firstly I would like to thank my mum, my brothers, my team mates in Ireland, @studiogalera for all the trainings over the years my coach @galerabjj for coaching me everyday my team mates in Brazil @calasansbjjmatriz for all the hard trainings over the last 2 months and @claudiocalasansjr for the help and guidance my sponsor @ground_game.ie @visionjiujitsuhq for helping me get here thanks also to @bjjcork and @oceanicjiujitsu for the training also by @stuartcarmodybjj

Polaris 37 ✅
Last weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to compete on one of the biggest stages in European grappling, and I'm extremely grateful to have been given that chance.
While I didn't secure the submission I was looking for, I'm very pleased with my performance. I made sure to put on a dominant, exciting match and showcase the skills and preparation that went into this event.
This experience has only motivated me further, and I'm ready for whatever opportunities come next—whether that's another call-up or a new challenge on the horizon.

Worlds 2026 🌎

Last week, I had the opportunity to compete at the 2026 IBJJF World Championships. I finished with a record of 3 wins and 1 loss, falling in the quarterfinals.

It's a tough result to accept, especially as it's the first time I've competed at Gi Worlds and not come away with a medal. But setbacks are part of the journey, and learning from mistakes is what drives growth. Every experience, whether it's a win or a loss, is another step forward.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped me prepare for this competition. To @crazy88mma @drileyjj , thank you for all the work on and off the mats, the advice, guidance, and constant support throughout the preparation process.

To @nikostrength_ @odyssey.strong you for all your help with my strength and conditioning, especially while I was over there competing.

To my family back home, thank you for the unwavering support you always give me. It never goes unnoticed, and I love you all.

A big thank you as well to my coach and teammates @galerabjj and @studiogalera for pushing me every day and helping me become a better athlete.
