Whilst I wouldn’t swap being a dad for the world, I’ve missed playing competitive sport ⚽

Running has helped to fill that gap. It’s perfect for fitting around family life which is ideal for dads and new parents.

I’ve enjoyed the journey of being able to run faster & further, even though it doesn’t happen overnight! 🏃🏻

After taking up running more recently, I thought I’d set myself a little challenge for September - partly for a bit of fun and to push myself.

I’ve learnt a few things along the way and have enjoyed having something achievable to work towards, particularly with dad life, work and everything else in between!

Thanks to everyone who’s followed along - and now I’m already wondering what to do next 👀 by @studadlife
