if you’re new here, hi :)

realized i’ve never explained what Studio Bubby is. it started with jewelry, but i’ve always envisioned it to be bigger than that: a place to make things, follow curiosities, and express yourself in whatever form that takes.

anyways, welcome & i’m glad you’re here 💌 taken in Los Angeles, California by @studio.bubby

been slowly working on my first silver collection —

this is the orquídea necklace — a handmade, fine silver orchid pendant with a freshwater pearl. inspired by Korean symbolism and baroque architecture from Mexico City.

i’ve been wanting to make lamps for a while and it felt so perfect to come across @como.demo ‘s lamp kit 💗

this is your reminder to follow that curiosity and give it a try. and if you’re craving a creative project too, i’m putting together more workshops at my studio — join the waitlist via the link in bio 🫶

UPDATE: SOLD OUT thank you so much!

we’re so excited to head back to SF to @sohn.sf this October💗 this time, we’re going to be making rings 𝘢𝘯𝘥 necklace charms from scratch, with a design of your choice.

as an ex-tech girlie, I designed this workshop for those who need a little break from their screens and want to reconnect with making something with their hands. so if you’re looking to slow down, get a little creative without the pressure of being productive, and leave with something you can wear for years, then I would love to see you there.

Oct 23, 5:30-8:30pm — make a silver charm
Oct 24, 5:30-8:30pm — make a silver ring
📍 SOHN, 2535 3rd St, San Francisco

tickets now live, link in bio 🌀

if you’re indecisive like me, just know there’s a whole design principle explaining why it’s hard to make decisions when you have many options 😭

finally made some decisions and was so happy to have added the stainless steel layer shelf, grid shelf, and checkerboard mat from @ohousetoday 🌀all linked in my bio

matcha/hojicha tins are from @littlematchstudio 💘

what would you put in this back wall? let me know in the comments 🌟
