Jisoo, on what might be a once-in-a-lifetime graduation day, the four tough years she endured alone in the U.S. are finally coming to a close.

It should feel freeing, like a weight lifted.
But somehow, she doesn’t feel entirely happy. There’s a heaviness she can’t shake.

She knows she should be kinder to her sister, who pushed herself to fly in all the way from Korea just to be here.

But the words don’t come out right.
She wishes her sister could just understand without her having to explain… but instead, Jihye keeps pushing.

“What do you even know about me, huh?”

Jihye, the older sister, has flown in from Korea just to attend her younger sister Jisoo’s graduation.

She carved out time from her packed schedule, enduring a 12-hour flight to be there.

But Jisoo’s reaction is lukewarm at best.

Still, wanting to keep the mood light for the special day, Jihye tries to smooth things over… until she reaches a breaking point- “Are you seriously joking right now?
What the hell is your problem?”

We’re excited to share that Juyeon Song(@juyeon.ida) has joined the cast of Graduation Photo (working title) in the role of Jisoo.

A Korean-born actor and graduate of NYU Tisch Drama’s Experimental Theatre Wing, Juyeon has recently appeared on major regional stages including The Huntington and The Guthrie Theater, where she originated the role of Jane in The Heart Sellers.
Her screen work includes White Butterfly (HIFF, NYAFF), Pedigree (Palm Springs ShortFest), and This is All You Are (AAIFF). As a multidisciplinary artist, she continues to develop original work across stage and film.

We’re deeply grateful to have Juyeon collaborating with Studio Inganmi on this project, and it is a true honor to bring her presence to the screen through the role of Jisoo.
